Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, you can change the delivery address before the order is shipped. Go to "My Orders", select the order, and click "Edit Address". Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
What if I'm not available during delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times. You'll receive a call before delivery. If unavailable, you can reschedule delivery or provide alternate instructions. After failed attempts, the order will be returned.
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
Yes, we deliver Monday through Saturday, including most holidays. Sunday deliveries are available in select metro cities for express orders.
Are there any restricted items that cannot be shipped?
