Yes, absolutely! We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication for all card transactions. Your card details are never stored on our servers and are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment failures can occur due to: incorrect card details, insufficient funds, exceeded daily transaction limit, bank/network issues, or security checks by your bank. Please verify your details and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try an alternate payment method.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider: UPI/Wallets (1-3 days), Credit/Debit Cards (5-7 days), Net Banking (7-10 days).
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one with your preferred payment method.
Are there any additional charges for online payments?
No, Umino does not charge any additional fees for online payments. However, a small convenience fee may apply for Cash on Delivery orders.
