How to Cancel an Order

- Select the order you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Order"
- Choose a cancellation reason
- Confirm cancellation

How to Return an Order

Product Unused & In Original Condition
Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
Original Packaging & Tags
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact
Invoice & Accessories
Return with original invoice and all accessories provided

Return request must be raised within the applicable return period
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and clothing freebies
- Cosmetics and personal care products
- Perishable items like food and flowers

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it immediately through "My Orders" with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
